Frontend framework for NR WCS projects

First, install Yeoman and generator-nwl-wcs using npm (we assume you have pre-installed node.js).

npm install -g yo
npm install -g generator-nwl-wcs

Then navigate to your project folder and run:

yo nwl-wcs
