Ecologist monitors the environment reinitialising the function once the environment changes.

Problem

Lambda tradionally is deployed with specific environment varibles and denies the existance of climate change, in our experiance our enviroment will need to be modified at points to reflect the changing climate that it operates in.

Ecologist polls SSM to monitor it's current environment and updates on change.
