NgxPhoneNumberMatSearch

This is a rework of ngx-phone-number which is a simple international telephone number input. Allows you to create a phone number field with country dropdown. Uses libphonenumber-js instead of Google's lib.

This rework updated the original module to use the latest angular version 16 and using ng generate library so it should be easier to work with. Added search input for countries and replaced standard html with Material versions
