JHipster module, Generate desktop application interface using JavaFX instead of JHipster as an Angular/web application

Introduction

This is a JHipster module, that is meant to be used in a JHipster application.

Prerequisites

As this is a JHipster module, we expect you have JHipster and its related tools already installed:

• Installing JHipster

Installation

With Yarn

To install this module:

yarn global add generator-jhipster-fx

To update this module:

yarn global upgrade generator-jhipster-fx

With NPM

To install this module:

npm install -g generator-jhipster-fx

To update this module:

npm update -g generator-jhipster-fx

Usage

---------STEP 1------------
$ cd yourJhipsterGatewayOrMonolithic
$ yo jhipster-fx 
<answer the question>
...
 
--------STEP 2-----------
$ cd yourGeneratedFxApps
$ mvn jfx:run
